Would you like to begin yoga or deepen your current practice in the comfort and privacy of your own home or office?

In our sessions – we will take the time to discuss and explore your individual body requirements, strengths and injuries.  We will personalize your yoga and specifically tailor asanas (postures) and pranayama (yogic breathing) to develop a practice that is uniquely yours.

Music and props (bolsters, blocks, blankets & straps) are provided.

Birthday parties, Anniversary parties, Girls night in, and Corporate Instruction are also available!

Private Yoga Rates in your space: 

• • Private session – $100 per hour (Rate available only with a 3 session commitment)
    
• • Private group small group session (2 people) – $125 per hour (Rate available only with a 3 session commitment)
    
• • Private group session (3-10 people) – $150 per hour (Rate available only with a 3 session commitment)
    
• • Personalized Yoga Parties $200 per hour (Birthday, Anniversary, Wedding or Wedding Shower – Girls Night in – etc.)
• • Corporate Contracts – Contact me for special contract rates and availability

Session prices based on in home or in office yoga. Space rental fee is additional if you need me to provide a space.
